Cyber Monday

It blows my mind that the sales of Black Friday have evolved into a new day of discount shopping – Cyber Monday.  The development of this day devoted to discount online shopping exposes the needs and wants of our society today.  Technology runs our lives, especially the Internet, so much that we are now evolving social traditions in order to be more updated and in tune with technology.  My own mom was shopping for my brother and I on Cyber Monday through various websites.  If you want the deals I think that you should have to go out to the store – not only does Cyber Monday represent laziness but it breaks the tradition and excitement of going to the mall at irregular hours.  Here’s an article expressing how much more successful Cyber Monday was than Black Friday:
