Google to introduce new mobile phone

leave a comment »

Google is now in the works to introduce its first phone, named the “Nexus One”. Google has now become even more determined to gain influence on how the internet is used on mobile phones. The phone, which would be manufactured in Taiwan, would be available to multiple characters, differing from phones such as  the iPhone. Already being tested by 20,000 Google employees, this phone would sell from $50 to $200, cheaper then popular Blackberry smart phones. The true test will be the comparison with the iPhone, which already has a free app that allows users to access Google with the click of a single button, along with all the other features the iPhone offers. It will be interesting as  the phone gets released into the market how many smart phone users will be willing to switch.
