Will Lebron James Leave Cleveland??

leave a comment »

Lebron James’s season ended in a loss to the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of the 2010 NBA Playoffs in Boston. This wasn’t just an ordinary game for the Cleveland Cavaliers this game determined where Lebron is going to end up next year. The Cavaliers were the team that was expected to win the play-offs but losing in the second round was a surprise. Lebron’s three year contract ended tonight with the Cavaliers and now he gets to make his decision on where he wants to go next year. The media is beginning to focus a lot on this story. Many people believe that he is going to stay in Cleveland but their are many rumors going around that he may be going to the New York Knicks and play in the Big Apple. Fans of Lebron believe that “the king” of basketball should be playing in the biggest city but the Knicks aren’t known to be that successful. Others are saying that he could end up playing for the New Jersey Nets since Jay-Z is part owner of the franchisee, but would he want to go play for a team with one of the worst records in years? I think it would be neat having Lebron coming to New York and playing for the Knicks. As of  now all we can do is sit around and listen to rumors on what other people have to say but come next month we should have an answer.
