Political Attacks

leave a comment »

With the Midterm Elections nearing, we have all seen countless political attack ads. These ads are being placed everywhere imaginable in order to try and influence votes. The question is whether these ads are effective or not and if they are actually changing the way people vote. The Wall Street Journal has recently compiled television ads attacking both republican and democratic candidates. The ads are being voted on to see if they are effective or not. From the votes so far, it seems like most of the ones they have posted people believe are effective. If political attack ads are believed to be so effective, while including more personal attacks, we can only wonder what the future of political ads will look like, as well as any ads against competitors in the business and consumer market as well.
